Started Keto in November 2018 and lost about 30lbs in the first two months. Since February I've been on and off of Keto and weight has been in stagnation but still losing a few lbs here and there. As expected my cholesterol is high like it was last year and now I'm on medication. My AC1 is normal where as last year it wasn't. So Keto definitely helped with with getting out of pre-diabtic mode. Starting Monday I'm going to give veganism/vegetarianism a shot or maybe even just a low fat/calorie diet from the rest of my journey on. The goal remains the same. Look good in my Spider-Man suit. Getting close 😂🤘 #THWIPTHWIP
125.2 kg Lost so far: 15.4 kg.    Still to go: 29.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
