Saya kurang setuju dgn cara diet yg skip makan pagi dan makan malam. Karena, saya pagi-sore kuliah dll. Malam olahraga (biar ga insomnia). Makan tetap 3x sehari nasi dan carbo lain tetap masuk, alhamdulillah bb sudah turun 7kg. yg penting olahraga.
