Im not very good with navigating social media. Still trying to unravel all the bits of this program. just putting it out there that if I haven't responded to anyone it's because I'm still in learning mode. I'm managing to stay within my calorie count but haven't weighed in yet. Went to a birthday party and had a glass of wine and cake but avoided the appetizers which I figured were to hard to count, also too hard to stop eating. Had to have the cake though! It's great to pick and choose your calories in a situation like that.
