today was a bad day to much sweets husbands home and its not helping my diet

you get those days,whats important is how u do when the day is done and dusted... what i do is pic myself up and move forward. take a min to feel bad and then tell myself. u done feeling bad u cant change the past but u can control what u do in the future... i believe u can do this.
