I didn't get out of the 230s like I was hoping to in Nov...I came close! I thought when I hit 235 mid month I would get there, but my 3 day Thanksgiving binge really messed that up. That's ok. I'll take it as a learning experience I suppose. At the start of the month I was walking or running every day. After I gained control back of my eating I stopped exercising. So this month I'm working my butt off to get to 229. I plan on running at least 3 days a week and walking the other days. If I get up early enough I can get a walk or run in, so I really have no excuses. Plus I have to keep my eating in check.

You will get this undercontrol. Right now this time of the yr is very hard for most ppl me included. :). Keep focused and move forward

I agree with bonthronm, it's so hard to loose weight at this time of the year. But stay vigilant with your diet and exercise and you'll pull through this holiday season thinner than before! You can do it!

You will do great, Sea. I will echo the other comments on this thread that you shouldn't expect yourself to lose 10 pounds this month. It's the holidays and we all have to deal with temptation. I intend to try to lose some weight in December, but I would be happy with 3 or 4 pounds, that would be awesome. Even my "mean" doctor said she is not expecting me to lose weight in December, but I want to pleasantly surprise her. You'll do fine! Also, I will check your journal, but if you need any other support from me, just message me!

You have a plan, so that's great!! It's hard to stick with the plan this time of year, but you can do it. Don't be too upset with yourself if you don't lose all the weight you wanted, but be proud of yourself for any small victories you have, like getting your exercise in or avoiding some of those horribly tempting treats out there this time of year. :)
