Ok I did real well on the scale this week I lost 3 more pounds for a total of 27 pounds in 6 weeks. Again thanks to all for your support and to my loving wife

See! Three pounds IS a lot! It sounds like a small number but when you put on those shirts that used to be tight and they're like a tent... you'll see that 3lbs IS significant! Congrats baby! I know you can do this! We're doing so well! Keep it up! You inspire me! OODLES OF POODLES! ; )
