On Wednesday it was International Happiness day. Research shows that our generation is the most unhappy ever. One reason is that we aim for the next victory and start to work towards the next success but we don't always take the time to celebrate or enjoy our achievements. So what if, just for today, you pat yourself on the back for all that you have achieved-all those workouts you did when you were exhausted, the times you chose healthy choices over unhealthy ones and those kgs and cms that you've shredded with hard work and dedication. Today let's take time to be happy with what we've achieved! Happy Friday everyone!
