Well this day started off pretty shitty, to say the least. Had a fight with hubby, was woken up at 4am by kiddo (who never when back to sleep), got caught in ridiculous traffic, found out my lot no longer allows all day parking... GRRRR.
BUT i did acquire a free training session at the gym last night! I go in saturday morning for a free fitness assessment :D By a woman this time, my first 'fitness assessment' when i joined the gym a year ago was done by a guy and i think i will benefit more from a woman.
I'm a little bummed by my less than a pound loss, honestly... but i'm sure its due to my lack of excercise this week, and stress... but hey, a loss is a loss and i am happy, none the less. I now that i am only putting good things in my body, I know i havent strayed, i just know that i need to up the excercise from now on, for sure.
Speaking of excercise, C25K has got me feeling WONDERFUL about running! I felt so awesome last night, i almost went for longer, andi would have had it not been so late. (awful traffic jam on the way home yesterday.. gotta love working downtown!) I wasnt planning on going to the gym tonight, but i may try and convince my boys to take a trip to the park with me. They can play while i run the track. :)
