Not feeling much better at all so I didn't get my training in today. I'll have to try tomorrow. I have a head cold and it's putting pressure on my ears which makes me dizzy at times. I ended coming home from work early b/c I was so dizzy. Had a really good loss on the scale and then didn't drink enough water yesterday and partly went back up.

Spend the weekend taking care of yourself. Get lots of liquids and rest. Hopefully you will be recovered enough to tackle things again next week. Take care!

I'm thinking I might have to abandon my training for tomorrow and try it again on monday after my overtime at work. I actually enjoy working out in the evening when my son is asleep so I may try that.
