昨晚沒啥吃怕早上肚子餓還準備了大顆的五穀饅頭,結果體重僅降0.1😱😱😱
不管了!還是先吃了半片起司片再把饅頭撥開塗花生和芝麻醬😓😓😓

不錯吃是手工饅頭,這個是正常大小,但家人吃不完一整個,所以平常吃的都是請老板麵糰先對切的小饅頭😅😅😅
