Goals for this coming week:
1)Workout Mon.-Fri.-1 hour of yoga, 30 minutes of cardio, 30 minutes of weight training. 2) Apply to at least one job a day. 3) Eat smaller more freq. meals.

Great set of goals-girl!! Focus on the positive, stick w/ your workouts, even do a little extra, lifts your mood for when you do go for an interview! Also a major self esteem booster!! Remember you have us behind you! I'll be thinking of you & sending good thoughts your way! Take Care! Buzybeans
