ending the day with this amazing fest! shrimp, conch, and crab in a creamy garlic lemon sauce w/ onions, peas, corn, fresh tomato, fresh cilantro and parsley and kiss of fresh off the block grated parm. Would you believe if i said this was all under 600cal
