@Adib Ramirez Es pechuga de pollo sofrita con repollo chino. El curry lo preparé con agua y mezclado con las especias en polvo, generalmente lo venden así.
Puedes diluir el polvo de curry en agua, con leche de coco, con caldo, con vinagre o con mostaza, es muy versatil
