I have not been doing what I SHOULD have been doing for quite some time and it shows!!!
In all fairness I was doing "ok" (not great but ok)until November, we had a family incident and true to form I handled it by eating. Silly as it sounds...in my little brain I seem to think that eating will make everything better.
So the pants that used to be a bit loose are now a bit TIGHT so I hauled my backside to the DR last week and here I am back at FS.
I am committed to journalizing and finding another challenge or two, hopefully one run by our fearless Captain Shelm.
