Sausage Making will soon happen here. Ordered a Hakka 3L (image) and it will be delivered today. Sausages has been a problem since I started Keto a couple of years ago. Now I look forward to make my own with meaured amounts of lean meat to fat, salt and spice. Aim to upload some sausage making stuff here on FS soonish.

Hubby has issues stuffing the sausages. They look horrible but the kids love them! Have fun with your new ‘toy’!

That's exciting. I have a British friend here in Mexico that has gone to great lengths to make his own sausages here. Mexico is not big on sausage varieties other than chorizo. Enjoy!

00Marx00 The British seem to like wheat in their sausages. Middle Europe seem to do without. Same situation here in this little town in Thailand, I've given up on finding 'Health Conscious Butcher's Sausages' locally.

Maxie4 Thank you. The research part has been challenging, as I find the best recipes in languages that need translation. Chinese, and middle to east Europe. Will start with super-simple guess recipe, and do not expect much success. Shooting for ok.
