WOAH. I made it through the weekend without gaining a pound! Monumental!
I am feeling good about my progress. I hope as I continue to eat well and exercise that my mental health will also see some sort of improvement. I've been feeling down in the dumps. But that, I fear, is a topic for another time and perhaps another journal all together.
