well i excercised today and i want every bodyto know i did 1 mile im so proud of my self i started feeling nauseated so i stopped i dont know why maybe its something i ate i dont know but i feel icky still any way i can not beleive its friday allready and i plan on having a wonderful weekend i love you all so very much and i never new i would find such awsome friends here at fat secret that really cared about how 1 feels i love you all love to all shelly.

Hey Girl, You are doing great! I apologize for not responding like I should have but I was feeling so bad for the weight gain and I guess I just shut down. Keep up the good work and stay focused on your diet. What are the plans for the weekend?
