from 75kg to 64kg in more than 3 months, still diet until I can reach my goals in 50kg. wish me luck and stay consistence

In just 3 months! Be careful you don't overdo it. Loose skin is not nice to have, but also a rapid weight loss is not healthy on your body, as it needs time to adjust... I started at 74Kg last April, it's now a year later and I weigh 53Kg, so it took me a year to lose 21 Kg. My goal is the same as yours, just 3Kg to go! Good luck, you can do it!

thanks, yes I know I did the wrong diet, or my friends said that it was extreme diet because I only ate boiled potato and egg since 3 months ago, but I still work out to loose my belly fat. and now I dont do that diet anymore because I was fainted, and i dont wanna be faint anymore in the future, so i just do calories deficit and work out 3 times in a week. btw, keep going on ur goals! 🔥🔥
