Hello Everyone, I've been away for a little while, but still being true to the program. After working at it for 13 months and losing 65 pounds I feel great. My next challenge is to complete a triathlon around August of this year. I hope that I can inspire those of you new to program and show you that if you stay committed you can accomplish your goal.
