Okay so I slipped completely off again but today is my second true day on again.
I've just got soo much going on in my life right now and the stress of watching what I eat and counting calories on top of everything was just too much.
I have found out though that I actually eat at home more and go out less when on my diet. Now it's not about losing weight, it's about keeping my money!
