Nice loss to end the week, After a huge fried Chicken Dinner(3 pieces) with Mac n Cheese(1.5 cups) and Sweet Potato Pie(one small slice)Last night at GF's Moms house. At least Her Greens with Ham hocks were 100% Keto!

Just goes to show, as long as you are Keto 95% of the time, you can still indulge a bit, once in a while and still lose. Back to Almond Flour Waffles Bacon, Egg and Spinach scramble, and STRONG Coffee with Heavy Cream this morning :)
98.7 kg Lost so far: 45.0 kg.    Still to go: 19.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
