My first ever sleep report from a low cost Huawei Honor Band 4. As far as I see, it calls for a new attempt at mastering Meditation.

Keyten77 Pretty affordable at USD28 delivered. It told my heart rate is 42 while sleeping Got to learn my average and max heart rate at cycling and weight lifting too. Kind of regret I didn't get one sooner. Think it can be helpful for finding what meal times works best, foods and such. Look forward to see where this takes me.
