Hit the gym pretty hard yesterday, a little sore today, but feel great! I am going to start working out with a friend and he is going to start helping me concentrate on the toning again. I am excited, but kind of despise lifting free weights and I know that is what he likes to do...so guess we will see what happens. I am ready to get this weight off once and for all for sure! Wishing all of you the very best!

That is so great that you have someone to help you tone up. If you don't like free-weights, ask your friend about exercises you can do using your own body weight. That is great resistance and can get you just as toned.
