👍 Good job 繼續運動
整個肥肚轉不了核心😂
但是每天抬腳10-30下+深蹲
大腿後側有緊喔✌
剩大腿內側了,我的大腿縫快出現
深蹲有訣竅了!
就是蹲大便💩的樣子,
真的膝蓋就不酸了,屁股很緊😆
最近上廁所也順暢,
有勤運動反而之前的腿傷
隱隱作痛減少了,可能真的缺乏運動
繼續努力💪🙆
