Hai ladies..jng takut dempal bayangin angkat beban berat2.nyatanya hormon cewek dan cowok tuh beda. Saya contohnya..kalo main beban udah pake plate 45kg/kepingnya. jadi jangan takut bentuk badan kalian ya para ladies💪
