I HAVE EATING SOME CARBOHIDRATES THE LAST WEEK.

SOME WHITE BREAD WITH BARBECUE ON TUESDAY , YESTERDAY CHICKEN AT GRILL WITH PLANTEINS!!!

so for that reason i keep with the same weight 140 pounds...

how i wish to be in 125 pounds!!!! i will work hard in this week!!!!

You can do it, try harder. When I was 140 wanting to be 130, all's I did was want, and every year the weight went up because I didn't do anything but wish. Now I'm 194 15 years later, I should of took action not just wished. Now I'm taking action......
