連續便秘2天了,還好今天終於順暢了XD

早餐:富樂水果麥片50克+無糖希臘式優格180克+富士蘋果1/2顆、無糖拿鐵(鮮奶200ml)
午餐:NiSORO 手工松露雞肉麵捲(342卡)
下午茶:六花亭-萊姆葡萄夾心餅乾1塊、去籽芭樂1/2顆、無花果乾3顆、蜂蜜紅茶拿鐵1包
晚餐:韭菜炒黃豆芽、炒筍子、炒菜豆、燙蚵仔、白飯幾口
54.6 kg Lost so far: 6.6 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
