Completed my homework for yesterday, this weekend's goals are:
Friday: 1. Work out at Gym for 1 hour or more+ 2. Weights and stretching before bed 3. Cook something new for dinner
Saturday: 1. Run at least 1 mile after I wake up before I do ANYTHING else 2. Walk a few miles at the park 3. Put laundry away! (pesky laundry)
Sunday: 1. Weights at least today 2. Take a day off from running 3. Go to 1st WW meeting if $ permits!
We'll see. The thing I see holding me back is that laundry. House is a mess, that's what happens when I work out everyday, no time for chores :(
