Today....is not a good eating day for me! Well I take that back, it was until I had lunch with my mom and nephew and yeah, I splurged!!! Oh well it happens! I will just brush it off seeings how I will be playing a ton of softball this weekend. Not too worried about it, I will just use this as my cheat day and stick to the eating portion the rest of the weekend! We are playing ball both Saturday and Sunday and will play at least 4 games each day, hopefully we will do good and play more, but will play 4 for sure each day! A lot of running and drinking water, so that is a bonus in itself! I play outfield, so I defiantly get good exercise!!! I am so sore today from working out too, but it is a very good sore though! I am very excited to be back in the gym and so ready to do this!!!
