這兩天不知為何白天都好餓😓😓😭

改成少量多餐,在餐與餐之間吃一點補充及喝水,就不會餓啦!而且減重效果更好😅😅😅

早餐喝完咖啡後最少有補一杯500泡20克奇雅籽的水,午晚餐間也有再吃一點,剛就先喝了500綠茶水再把中午沒吃完的地瓜和蛋吃掉又吃了半根大香蕉😓😓😓飽了!
