I am trying again for 50 miles and also a 5 lb loss for the month of July.
Had a good eating day yesterday-less than 1000 cals-that's my magic number-actually 800 cals is where I actually see a loss. I know it's low but there it is...
I managed to have a small glass of wine and still get under 1000 cals. Yogurt Shrimp Green Salad Artichoke-so incredibly good from Costco Shrimp dumplings-I really like the frozen ones from TJ's-no brainer for a quick and satisfying dinner. Wine Cherries-finally found some good ones. I love a juicy, sourish, crisp cherry! Laughing Cow Light
The gluten load is way down-so I am feeling less bloaty. Added non-dairy lactobacillus for digestive health. Although strangely enough, I had a terrible attack last night. hmmm.
