I keep not writing down what I'm eating because I'm eating crap and I don't want to think about it, but then I have to try and reconstruct my day in my head...my kid is on break from school, so it's been chaos for me with him in the house, too. all he wants to eat is junk food, and at first I said 'no way', but then I felt bad and bought him some. I know I ate a bag of tortellini with feta and parm on it, and a crap-load of M&M's...probably two chocolate cookies...some of those peanut-butter snack crackers. a piece of rye with hummus. cottage cheese. we went to the food bank, so we just snacked on what we got from there, all day, plus the M&M's I brought home from the store. probably some rice krispies. and me, with a whole fridge full of veggies and protein. it's the kid's break that's got me fallen all to pieces...or it's what i'm using as an excuse, anyway. guess I'll have to try and cook something today.
