sedih akutu, mmg ga melebihi 1300 cal sih, tapi itu kok mera2 fat sama proteinnya.. tapi emang hari ini cheat day si. jajannya thai tea (tapi gula, susu, sama krimernya dikurangi kok) sama makan nasi kurleb 7 sendok sama telur asin. yasudahlah :(
