Today, I had more hunger than usual.
However, I managed to do pretty well with my nutrition. The only food that I spurged on today was two fried shrimp that I have with a napa cabbage salad.
I went to the gym today after not going for a month. I noticed that I can not lift as much as I could a month ago. But, I do feel great. I will just keep on going and continue to watch what I eat.
I recorded my food intake and my exercise for today.
One other thing that I am currently trying to work on is not eating after 6pm.
I can say that I made a B+ for today.
