Way over ate today. I have a darn head cold that's bad, and I eat to "make" myself feel better, even though I'm not hungry. Frustrated.

When I'm feeling unwell, a cup of herbal tea really helps - warm, soothing.

When my stomach is a bottomless pit, I make cabbage soup. That way, I can eat and eat and not go over my daily calorie allowance. There are several recipes on this site.
