I have did pretty well today.
However, I notice that if I stay up past 9pm, I start to feel hungry again.....no matter if I just at a couple of hours ago.
I guess I am going to have to get out of the habit of waking up late and start waking up early if I want to not overeat.
I got in some exercise on my Gazelle which I love because it is low impact and does not make my knee hurt. I actually feel like I am running without the pounding.
I hope everyone else on FatSecret are feeling successful today.
I feel that even if you did not do as well as you would like, it is great if you log your food, do your weigh-ins and record your journal entries. If you persevere, it will all turn into a successful journey.
