@Sophiachan. Pola latian 3 hari latian berturut turut hari ke 4 off day. Ritmenya tiap hari beda2 sasaran otot yg dilatih kak. Sehari back, hari berikutnya shoulder dan hari ke-3 latian kaki. Hari ke 4 off latian kak. Begitu seterusnya.

@quirky. Jaga pola makan kak. Ama latian yang konsisten. Usahakan latian beban 5x seminggu. Dan 2x cardio dalam seminggu kak
