Today has gone pretty well for me. It's afternoon and I've had a healthy Breakfast and Lunch. I went for a 30 minute walk. I feel great! Late afternoons can be a time of temptation for me to eat. If my stomach is actually growling at me, I will have a slim-fast bar snack or a 100 cal. pudding. This website is soooooooo cool! It has everything a person wants to keep track of weight loss progress.
