I was looking through the new menu plan and I have a question. How do you find cheese that has less than 3 grams of fat per ounce? Do you pretty much have to go to the fat free stuff? I love my string cheese, but there is more fat than that in each stick. I was thinking that maybe if I just have one dairy serving be some fat free skim milk, I can have my string cheese with 5 grams of fat per ounce as my second serving.. This sucks, cause I just went grocery shopping, and bought stuff that worked on the old plan, and now some items have changed. I like that I get more starches and protein, but I was losing weight on the old plan and found stuff that worked for me.. Agh!

I have been doing the low fat(part skim) string cheese all along. Also the fat free yogurts are good. I only use the fatfree milk with cereal. I am yet to lose significantly on the new plan, and am thinking about going back to the old plan if something does not start happening soon.

I have the part skim string cheese too, but it is not 3 grams of fat or lower per ounce. Maybe I need to check out other brands..
