Back to IF 16/8, which appears to may have helped. Haven't been doing much weigh training since shoulder injury is still lingering, so some may be a little muscle loss. Hope that's not the case. Very happy, this gets me to the 90lb mark for first time.😀😛😜 Have a great weekend.
