I ate good from Mon- Saturday afternoon. We went out for Chinese food and of course I ate. I weight myself before we went to the restaurant expecting something lower than 135, but instead I weight 137. Not sure why I am not losing weight. Maybe I should stop eating so much Peanut butter?
