alhamdulillah,gak terasa sudah membakar 25.829 kkal selama 99hari..real time nya dr bulan januari-hari ini.. meskipun intensitas olga nya gak semenggebu di awal bulan,tp tetap berusaha konsisten menjalaninya.. :)
