meal plan nya herbalife ya sis? kyknya kalo meal plan dr herbalife cutting kalorinya byk bgt ya.. pdhal BMR tiap individu kan beda2.. gak semua org dipukul rata makan dgn porsi kalori yg sama, krn beda individu beda angka BMR n TDEE nya. kalo ngikutin meal plan ini mmg bb pst turun krn kalori hariannya di cut byk bgt, tp pertanyaannya apakah angka kalori hariannya udh sesuai sm angka BMR km?
