breakfast + lunch. karena belum punya oven/microwave, jadilah itu semua sayuran di pan grill di teflon. roti gandum di toast g pake apa2 di teflon, sama ayamnya dikukus dulu baru dioseng teriyaki di teflon + olive oil sesendok. about 650an cals.
