Dada ayam 140 gram dimarinade dengan 1 sdt worcestershire sauce, 1 sdt kecap pedas, 1 sdt minyak wijen, garam, bawang putih bubuk, dan paprika bubuk selama 30-40 menit. Saya panggang sebentar di teflon tanpa minyak biar luarnya crispy. Lalu masuk oven sekitar 15 menit biar pas mateng dalamnya masih juicy. Untuk saladnya saya pake selada, wortel, kol ungu, paprika merah dan kuning. Dressing saladnya pake Kewpie Roasted Sesame dressing.
