Decent weight in today.
It was a tough weekend to eat within RDI. I dont think I did at all this weekend. Although I did bike ride hardcore and feel good about that. Today my body feels tight, I feel good, my pants fit nicely again, etc.
So, today I am raising my RDI to 1700! XD
I am sure I will be fine with my cycling. My RDI was actually set at 1500 back when I had no activity. At my current activity level, I think I am chasing my tail. So I am choosing something more realistic.
Trying to also sharpen the saw mentally. Not worry so much about stuff I am powerless over, and not think about what the other guy has vs. what I have. I write gratitude lists everyday almost here, so, whats the point if I am not grateful. I have some new inspirations in the form of tv characters that I hope to learn from! I feel this will help with food issues too.
Anyway, Slept poorly last night, too much video gaming yesterday and I played too late. That is like an addiction and its wild what it does to your brain.
