Alright! Not bad my first week in the new year. I am trying to keep myself in check by following some strict guidelines as to what and when I eat. I tend to binge eat when I am not careful so I am trying to be more mindful. What helped over the summer was making a meal plan for the week so last night I did that. Joining weight watchers this week. Hopefully all that should help. My goal is to lose anywhere between 1 to 2 lbs a week. By June 28 I hope to be between 232 to 212 lbs. Going to weigh in every Sunday morning.

Wow! Sounds like you have a plan and are doing amazing! I do WW too. Planning out meals is really key for most people, especially for binge eaters. Great job!
