Well I am down 1.4 ounds! I knew it had to be from no water or exercise. I knew I didn't eat THAT bad lol! I don't want cake anymore for awhile though. It is truly amazing how a piece of cake will add weight! I have eaten healthy 2 days in a row and done no unhealthy snacking. Hubby even offered me frosted flakes last night and let me tell ya, it wasn't pretty. I went off on the "how dare you sit here and offer me cornflakes when I haven't walked again today and I am looking at an extra 6 pounds on this body today! (cuz that's what I weighed last night after dinner). Thank goodness the 6 fell of cuz the last 2 nights only 1 pound has been falling off due to high carbs in the evening and no exercise. So I jumped up at 8:40 and took off walking pissed off! Then a freaking dog comes after me (mind you I ma 4.5 months pregnant) and I am now going to carry a bat and my hubby says he will walk with me! I could truly kill some ankle biters that disrupt my walk! I mean I am in the street walking along at 4 mph and bam! they stop me stone cold with their crap. There are 2 I have to deal with almost daily. This sucks after 9 months of walking with basically no interuptions except the occasional care I have to wait for. I am seriously calling animal control today to see what can be done about it. I would probably go to jail for hitting a dog with a bat right roflol!

Hey Karen, OMG! I would totally call animal control on that dog! They should have it confined if it is disrupting other people's business. I don't blame you for wanting to carry a bat with you. How about a paint ball gun? I hear those things hurt! LOL Well, I hope things are going well for you. Keep up the walking - remember that exercise always improves your mood. I have to remind myself of that constantly. Even if you have to take off on a walk being pissed off. Usually you will have calmed down by the time you get back - especially if you are able to take out an annoying ankle biter! :)
