I followed my goals to a T yesterday! WHOO HOO!! and it showed on my scale! July 4th holiday weekend was definitely brutal and the scale proved what I already knew... I wasn't recording my calorie intake and my eyes were bigger than my stomach!! BAD BAD!!
I am going on Girls weekend this friday through Sunday... CRAP... we are all eating a general menu as well so that means this trip is going to be double rough. I will definitely be bringing my own little snacks and whole grain items, but we'll see if I actually use them as much as I probably should... There will be ALOT of sweet and salty snacking going on... we'll see how well I hold up. MAKE IT A PRIORITY CHARLO!!
