ada yang disini hampir ga pernah olah raga tapi bb turun terus hanya dgn defkal? entah apa yang berkurang, otot lemak atau air :') aku tau aku gak sendirian 😂

saya defkal 3 bulan berat turun 11 kg tanpa olahraga, tp aktifitas byk karena ibu rumah tangga hehe.. skrg udh 1 bln ini olahraga hiit cardio 3 or 4 x seinggu cuma ga defkal , kalori maintance aja 😊
